Branch Links Up With $60M In Series C

Palo Alto-based Branch disclosed on Monday that it has raised $60M in a Series C funding, which was led by Playground Ventures, and also included prior investors Founders Fund, New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Pear Ventures, Cowboy Ventures, Madrona Ventures, and angels. The company develops "deep linking" technology for apps, which takes people directly to content within apps when they click on links.
