HubHaus Gets $1.4M For Shared Housing Market

Redwood City-based HubHaus, which operates an online marketplace which lets people find shared housing with people with similar professional and other interests, has raised $1.4M in a seed funding round. The funding was led by General Catalyst Partners. HubHaus lets users browse for shared housing in specific cities, and matches applicants with others to live in the same house, based on their interests, profession, and more.
