Evident.io Gets Funding From In-Q-Tel

Pleasanton-based Evident.io, which develops cybersecurity and compliance automation software for the public cloud, has scored an investment from In-Q-Tel, the investment arm of the U.S. intelligence community. Size of the strategic investment was not announced. Evident.io said the funding will help advance the development of technology to secure the Amazon Web Services deployments being used by the U.S intelligence community, which apparently has been using the AWS CS2 Cloud and AWS GovCloud.
