Crowdstrike Eyes IPO, Hires Investment Banker
Sunnyvale-based CrowdStrike, which develops cybersecurity software, has hired an IPO banker and is eyeing an IPO before the end of the year, according to a report from Reuters. According to the report, CrowdStrike has hired Goldman Sachs to run its IPO process. No other details of the IPO have yet been announced or released. The company was most recently valued at more than $3 billion. The company is led by founder and CEO George Kurtz, formerly CTO at McAfee.
