Therative Raise Funding

San Francisco-based Therative, a developer of a consumer medical device for the treatment of acne, said Tuesday that it has raised an additional round of funding. Amount of the deal was not disclosed, but the firm said that the funding brings its total raised to $5M. Foundation Capital, RWI Ventures, and the Band Of Angels participated in the round. The funding will go toward launch of the firm's product, ThermaClear. More information »
