Ticketfly Buys TicketBreak

San Francisco-based Ticketfly, a developer of ticketing software which is focused on live events and concerts, said it has acquired TicketBreak, a ticketing services company which had been owned by MapleCore Ltd.. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Ticketfly said the acquisition will help expand its presence in the festival space and casino entertainment. Ticketfly said it processed 19 million tickets and $600M in gross ticket sales last year. The company is led by Andrew Dreskin.
