Cisco Buys Tribe

The New York Times is reporting that Cisco Systems is acquiring Tribe.net, a social networking site, in a deal that is expected to be announced sometime this week. Financial terms were not discussed. The deal follows the acquisition of Five Across, another social networking firm, by Cisco last month.
