TechInsights Buys Sanguine Microelectronics

San Francisco-based TechInsights said today that it has acquired Sanguine Microelectronics, a Chinese company which supplies technical analysis and technical data services to the semiconductor and electronics industry. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to the firm, Sanguine Microlectronics will become part of a new business unit, TechNishgts Services, Data, and Market Intelligence, which will focus on intellectual property professional services, and technical and market intelligence data services. TechInsights is publisher of EE Times, TechOnline, DesignLines, and Embedded.com.
