Poptip Acquired By Palantir

Poptip, a developer of social survey and feedback tools for brands, has been acquired by San Francisco-based Palantir, Poptip said this week. New York-based Poptip did not disclose financial details of the buy. Poptip founder Kelsey Falter said that Poptip's team will go on to help build data analysis products for the commercial sector at Palantir, and will remai nin New York. Poptip was backed by Darren Rovell (ESPN), Lerer Ventures, RSE Ventures, and David Tisch.
