vArmour Gets $36M For Security Technology
Mountain View-based vArmour, a stealth mode, security software developer, said yesterday that it has raised $36M in a funding round. The funding includes both a Series B worth $15M which closed in December of 2013, and a $21M Series C which closed this month. The Series C funding was led by Columbus Nova Technology Partners (CNTP), Citi Ventures and Work-Bench Ventures, with the Series B led by Menlo Ventures. The company said it has now raised $42M in total. The company said is working on security for a "data defined perimeter". vArmour is led by Tim Eades. More information »
